Resumo: The purpose of this article is to highlight the characterization of users monitored in the outpatient service of Vascular Surgery dressings at the University Hospital Professor Polydoro Ernani de São Thiago and to analyze how users access the intersectoral network of social services in the metropolitan region of Florianópolis/SC. The research is qualitative, exploratory and descriptive, with application of interviews. The results showed that access to the services of the intersectoral network was restricted due to the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the lack of knowledge, on the part of users, of the legislation and core activities of the network services. It is concluded from the study that most users access the health care network, but do not access the intersectoral network of the metropolitan region of Florianópolis.
