Teacher’s reports on educational practices for inclusion during the pandemic: the experiences from the Rio de Janeiro’s council educational network

Resumo: The present research has been undertaken with Elementary School teachers of the Rio de Janeiro´s council educational network, specifically in classes with students with disabilities. Based on the everyday classroom routine, we seek to “understand the educational practices of teachers for the inclusion of students with disabilities during the Covid-19 pandemic”. The research followed the assumptions of the epistemology of practice and the chosen research method was the “research the experience”. The WhatsApp mobile application has been used to talk to the teachers and to ask them to share their experiences through an online form, which was organized into open topics on teaching activities for the inclusion of students during the pandemic. As the results of this research we highlight the following potentialities - multiple teaching inventiveness for the inclusion of learners with disabilities mediated by the use of digital technologies; challenges - deepening of the precariousness of teachers’ work, lack of continuous professional development opportunities, lack of inclusion public policies during pandemic.

En este contexto, buscamos “comprender las prácticas educativas de las y los docentes a favor de la inclusión de estudiantes con deficiencias en la pandemia del Covid-19”. Pensamos la investigación a partir de los principios de las epistemologías de las prácticas y, en términos metodológicos, optamos por “investigar la experiencia”. Para realizar la investigación, conversamos con las y los docentes por medio de la aplicación WhatsApp y solicitamos que compartan experiencias por medio de un cuestionario en línea, organizado en preguntas abiertas, sobre la actuación docente para la inclusión de los estudiantes durante la pandemia. Destacamos como resultados de esta investigación algunas potencialidades - múltiples invenciones docentes para la inclusión de los estudiantes con deficiencias mediadas con los usos de las tecnologías digitales; y despotencialidades - una profundización de la precarización del trabajo docente, una ausencia de formación continua y de políticas públicas para la inclusión en la pandemia.O cotidiano desta pesquisa aconteceu com as/os docentes que atuam no Ensino Fundamental da rede municipal do Rio de Janeiro, especificamente em turmas com estudantes com deficiência(s). Nesse cotidiano, buscamos “compreender as práticas educativas das/os docentes para a inclusão de estudante com deficiência(s) na pandemia da covid-19”. Pensamos a pesquisa a partir da epistemologia da prática e, em termos metodológicos, optamos por pesquisar a experiência docente. Para operacionalizar a pesquisa, conversamos com as/os docentes via aplicativo WhatsApp e solicitamos a elas/es que compartilhassem suas experiências por meio de um formulário online, organizado em tópicos abertos sobre a atuação docente para a inclusão das/os estudantes durante a pandemia.
