Resumo: Theatricality is both inside and outside the theatre. Far beyond artistic fields, it encompasses a great variety of cultural manifestations such as carnival. This article aims at analysing theresources used in the process of visual and conceptual construction of carnival parades as possible strategies to arouse the identification of theatricality within the spectator.
