Resumo: This text discusses the situation of quilombolas in Amapá in terms of access and permanence to land, in which their permanence constitutes the quilombolas resilience. It aims to analyze the obstacles in the process of permanence/regularization of quilombola territories and understand the relationship/action of institutions within this process of territorial dispute. The research was developed during the doctorate in 2018. The methodology was based upon the use of interviews developed from guiding questions, intending to collect testimonies from quilombolas and non-quilombolas. The discussion proposed in the article was based on reports made with quilombola leaders from the communities of Ambé, Curiaú, Santo Antônio da Pedreira and with institutions: INCRA, IMAP, APROSOJA and CPT, which cover the territorial theme of quilombos in Amapá. It defends the idea that the slow process of land demarcation and recent changes land tenure legislation, contributes to the occurrence of territorial conflicts.

Tiene como objetivo analizar los obstáculos en el proceso de permanencia/regularización de territorios quilombolas y comprender la relación/acción de las instituciones dentro de esto proceso de disputa territorial. La investigación se desarrolló durante el doctorado en 2018. La metodología se basó en el uso de entrevistas basadas en preguntas orientadoras, con la intención de recopilar testimonios de quilombolas y no quilombolas. La discusión propuesta en el artículo se basó en informes realizados con líderes quilombolas de las comunidades de Ambé, Curiaú, Santo Antônio da Pedreira y con instituciones: INCRA, IMAP, APROSOJA y CPT, que abordan el tema territorial de los quilombos en Amapá. Defiende la idea de que el lento proceso de demarcación territorial, además de los recientes cambios en la legislación sobre tenencia de la tierra, contribuye a la ocurrencia de conflictos territoriales.O texto discute a situação dos quilombolas no Amapá no acesso e permanência na terra, onde a permanência constitui-se resiliência. Neste sentido, o artigo objetiva analisar os entraves no processo de permanência/regularização dos territórios quilombolas e compreender a relação/atuação das instituições dentro deste processo de disputa territorial. A pesquisa desenvolveu-se durante o doutorado em 2018. A metodologia pautou-se na utilização de entrevistas com questões orientadoras, intencionando a coleta de depoimentos de quilombolas e não quilombolas.  A discussão proposta no artigo apoiou-se nos relatos das lideranças quilombolas das comunidades do Ambé, Curiaú, Santo Antônio da Pedreira e nas instituições INCRA, IMAP, APROSOJA e CPT que abrangem a temática territorial dos quilombos no Amapá.
