Resumo: This article problematizes work practices with children, analyzing especially adult-centric practices and the ways in which they characterize public policies aimed at childhood in Brazil. Our study was based on the cartography method, which made it possible to monitor the uncertain psychosocial landscapes caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. It used methodological concepts from Institutional Analysis and the Sociology of Childhood, which intersected with elements of Afroperspectivist philosophy, such as represented among the Ibeji and the Erês. The methodological tool adopted was the Conversation Circle, carried out online, which operated as a group apparatus characterized by welcoming and sharing, where it was possible to gather and analyze data on adult-centric practices among workers from different public agencies in health, social assistance and education, aimed at children in the state of Espírito Santo. Research diaries were also produced,  which were referred to in the analytic process. The text identifies several aspects of Erean adult’s views of childhood, and offers  insight into the knowledge and practices that contribute to the process of becoming-Erê, a possibility that can be exercised at any stage of life.

Nesse sentido, este estudo se constituiu a partir da realização de uma pesquisa-intervenção baseada no método da cartografia, que possibilitou o acompanhamento das paisagens psicossociais incertas provocadas pela pandemia de Covid-19. Utilizou conceitos-ferramenta da Análise Institucional e da Sociologia da Infância, e teve como intercessores noções e forças da Filosofia Afroperspectivista, como os Ibeji e os Erês. A ferramenta metodológica adotada é a Roda de Conversa, realizada de modo online, que operou como dispositivo grupal de acolhimento e partilha, onde foi possível colocar em análise as práticas adultocêntricas com trabalhadoras de diferentes políticas públicas da saúde, assistência social e educação, direcionadas às infâncias no estado do Espírito Santo. Também foram produzidos diários de campo, retomados no processo de análise. O texto aponta a construção de pistas, que apresentam gestos criançáveis como: complexificar, encruzilhar, vadiar e estranhar. Tais pistas produzem intervenções nos saberes e práticas instituídas no complexo adulto-criança-entorno e caminham na direção de um devir-erê, possível de ser exercitado em qualquer fase da vida, produzindo deslocamentos nos lugares previamente pensados para adultos e crianças.Este artículo problematiza prácticas de trabajo con niñas y niños, sometiendo al análisis especialmente las prácticas adultocéntricas y las formas en que atraviesan las políticas públicas dirigidas a las infancias en Brasil. En este sentido, este estudio se constituyó a partir de la realización de una investigación-intervención basada en el método de la cartografía, que posibilitó el seguimiento de los paisajes psicosociales inciertos provocados por la pandemia del Covid-19. Utilizó conceptos-herramienta del Análisis Institucional y de la Sociología de la Infancia, y tuvo como intercesores nociones y fuerzas de la Filosofía Afroperspectivista, como el Ibejí y el Erês. La herramienta metodológica adoptada es la Ronda de Conversación, realizada online, que funcionó como un dispositivo grupal de acogida e intercambio, donde fue posible somenter al análisis las prácticas adultocéntricas con trabajadoras de diferentes políticas públicas de la salud, asistencia social y educación, dirigidas a las infancias en el estado de Espírito Santo. También se elaboraron diarios de campo, que se retomaron en el proceso de análisis. El texto señala la construcción de pistas que presentan gestos infanciales como: complejizar, entrecruzar, vagar y extrañar.
