Resumo: DOI: 10.12957/dep.2014.6304Resumen La difusión del modelo del agro-negocio en Argentina, centrado en la producción a gran escala de soja transgénica, no sólo modificó las prácticas agronómicas tradicionales sino también la red de agentes que participan en el sistema agro-alimentario. Este artículo procura reflexionar sobre estas modificaciones a partir del análisis de las reformas institucionales que posibilitaron dicha difusión durante la década de los ´90. Palabras claves: neoliberalismo, reformas del Estado, agro-negocio. Abstract The diffusion of the agri-business model in Argentina, centered on the large-scale production of transgenic soybean, did not only modify the agronomic traditional practices but also the agents' network that give form to the agri-industrial system. This article analyzes the institutional reforms that, during the nineties, made possible the dissemination of the above mentioned model. Key Words: neoliberalism, state reforms, agribusiness.
