DOI: 10.12957/dep.2016.18973Resumen Los conflictos más representativos a lo largo de la historia y las graves violaciones de derechos humanos que los han acompañado, son la prueba más contundente del porqué es, y ha sido necesaria, la implementación de procesos de justicia transicional en diversos escenarios. Sobre el particular, Colombia es el único país en Latinoamérica que mantiene viva la presencia “endémica” de un conflicto armado, y aún los diálogos de paz en La Habana, Cuba, existen retos pendientes en la concreción de la justicia transicional. Palabras claves: Colombia, derechos humanos, justicia transicional. Abstract The most representative conflicts throughout history and the serious human rights violations that have accompanied them, are the most compelling evidence of why the implementation of transitional justice processes is, and has been necessary in various scenarios. On this point, Colombia is the only country in Latin America that keeps the "endemic" presence of an armed conflict alive, and even the peace talks in Havana, Cuba, there are remaining challenges in the realization of transitional justice.
