Para inquirir o trabalho: metodologia crítica, investigação-ação e uma nova «enquête operária» / To inquire work: critical methodology, action-research and a reloaded “workers’ inquiry”

DOI: 10.1590/2179-8966/2021/61512.ResumoO ensaio reconstitui a crítica metodológica, a co-pesquisa-ação e a tradição da “enquête operária” tais quais tiveram lugar, como um “Modelo de Pesquisa Colectiva”, no interior do Observatório para as Condições de Trabalho e Vida (OCVT) / NOVA4TheGlobe / Universidade Nova de Lisboa, durante os últimos anos, dando a conhecer uma perspectiva de duplo carácter: o trabalho de pesquisa e a pesquisa do trabalho, em uma concepção dialéctica de trabalho teórico crítico e investigação social empírica, a partir do horizonte de possíveis da centralidade do “trabalho vivo”. Neste sentido, reconstitui o movimento que deu lugar ao intelectual coletivo que anima o OCVT, a partir de uma hora histórica e um lugar social específico, propõe uma conversação em aberto sobre o sentido mesmo da formação da subjetividade do ser-que-trabalha, como agência social e, por fim, de forma tentativa ou exploratória, recoloca a questão da emancipação humana integral. Para isso movimenta-se por diferentes momentos, i) pesquisar o trabalho, ii) trabalhar a pesquisa e iii) para um modelo de pesquisa coletiva, e os excursos, iv) por uma ciência social pública e orgânica ao mundo do trabalho; v) triangulação metodológica combinada ou sistema topológico de centro móvel e vi) algumas anotações à guisa de conclusão: “que fazer” e “por onde começar”?Palavras-chave: Teoria crítica; Metodologia; Co-investigação; Pesquisa-ação; Nova enquête operária. AbstractThe essay reconstitutes the methodological critique, the co-research-action and the tradition of the “workers' survey” as they took place, as a “Collective Research Model”, inside the Observatory for Working and Living Conditions (OCVT) / NOVA4TheGlobe / Universidade Nova de Lisboa, during the last few years, making known a dual perspective: research work and work research, in a dialectical conception of critical theoretical work and empirical social research, from the horizon of possibles of the centrality of “living work”. In this sense, it reconstitutes the movement that gave rise to the collective intellectual that animates the OCVT, from a historical time and a specific social place, it proposes an open conversation about the very meaning of the formation of the subjectivity of the being-that-works, as social agency and, finally, in a tentative or exploratory way, raises the question of integral human emancipation. For this, it moves through different moments, i) researching the work, ii) working the research and iii) towards a collective research model, and the excursions, iv) for a public and organic social science to the world of work; v) combined methodological triangulation or mobile center topological system and vi) some notes by way of conclusion: “what is to be done” and “where to begin with”?Keywords: Critical Theory; Methodology; Co-research; Research-action and new workers’ inquiry.
