Resumoartigos investigados da área de Engenharia III abordaram a avaliação de desempenho organizacional em pesquisas de cunho teórico e na área da Administração, Ciências Contábeis e Turismo correspondentem a 72% das pesquisas investigadas. As ferramentas gerências mais utilizadas na áreas de Engenharia III, temos: o Balanced Scorecard (BSC) e o Método Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Na área de Administração, Ciências Contábeis e Turismo, são: Análise Envoltória de Dados (DEA) e o Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Verificou-se ainda, que predominam as ferramentas que possuem características demodelos estruturados, conforme a categorização de Müller (2003).Palavras-chave: Avaliação de Desempenho Organizacional; Engenharia III; Administração; Ciências Contábeis e Turismo. ABSTRACTThe study attempts to give an overview of scientific research in the area of Engineering III and Management, Accounting and Tourism by identifying the key management tools, proposals and / or applied for assessment of organizational performance, published in national journals of their areas as the list Qualis / Capes from the years 2007/2009, the period from 2000 to 2008. To attain the goal of this research was carried out a mapping of 434 selected articles, using a standardized form to identify some important foci of analysis. Next, we performed a content analysis of each individual article. In the surveyidentified that 59% of the articles investigated the area of Engineering III addressed the assessment of organizational performance in theoretical and research in the area of Administration, Accounting and Tourism corresponding to 72% of the studies investigated. Managers the tools most used in theEngineering III, we have: the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). In the area of Administration, Accounting and Tourism are: Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). There was still dominated by tools that have characteristics of structured models, according to the categorization of Müller (2003).Keywords: Assessment of Organizational Performance; Engineering III; Administration; Accounting and Tourism.
