A democracia habermasiana: o agir comunicativo (in) congruente com o agir estratégico / Habermasian democracy: communicative action incongruent with strategic action

Intenta-se perspectivar a democracia em Habermas por meio de uma leitura pragmática. Tendo como vetor de ligação o processo de comunicação ligado na visão do sujeito em interação com o outro na busca de um aprimoramento da democracia. O objetivo geral da pesquisa é analisar a democracia habermasiana com enfoque no agir comunicativo em contraste com o agir estratégico para responder ao enigma, qual seja: é possível uma integração social que leve em conta o mecanismo discursivo habermasiano? Para responder esse questionamento, toma-se como referencial de análise a obra denominada Direito e Democracia entre facticidade validade. Metodologicamente, a pesquisa será de caráter exploratório mediante o procedimento bibliográfico cujo intento é a busca de informações por meio de trabalhos já publicados, quais sejam: livros, teses, artigos, sítios eletrônicos, dentre outras fontes. Quanto à abordagem, a pesquisa será de cunho qualitativo. A partir das nuances teórico-metodológicas, foi possível concluir que a sociedade contemporânea não consegue se pautar pelo que determina Habermas, pois o indivíduo em suas atividades do dia a dia age conforme a sua consciência, inconsciente, pelo agir estratégico, desconectado da proposta de  Habermas onde exista uma democracia alinhada com a perspectiva do sujeito em busca de uma integração social relacionada com a dialogicidade. Palavras-Chave: Democracia. agir comunicativo. agir estratégico. discusividade. AbstractHabermas is attempting to put democracy into perspective by means of a pragmatic reading. Having as a linkage vector the process of communication linked in the view of the subject in interaction with the other in the search for an improvement of democracy. The general objective of the research is to analyze the Habermasian democracy with a focus on communicative action in contrast to the strategic action to answer the enigma, that is: is it possible a social integration that takes into account the Habermasian discursive mechanism? In order to answer this question, the work denominated Law and Democracy between validity facticity is taken as reference of analysis. Methodologically, the research will be of an exploratory nature through the bibliographic procedure whose intent is the search for information through published works, such as: books, theses, articles, electronic sites, among other sources. Regarding the approach, the research will be qualitative. From the theoretical-methodological nuances, it was possible to conclude that contemporary society can not be guided by Habermas' s definition, since the individual in his current activities acts according to his conscience, unconscious, by the strategic action, disconnected from the Habermas proposal where there is a democracy aligned with the perspective of the subject in search of a social integration related to the dialogicity.Keywords: Democracy. act communicative. act strategically. discusivity.
