The research presents a reflection on the scenic experience (Me) notes, an artistic project developed in the city of Nova Iguaçu, located in the Baixada Fluminense, metropolitan region of the state of Rio de Janeiro. In the project, I articulate a scenic writing that relates theatrical language and performance, understanding their approaches and differentiations and the dialogue with post-dramatic theater and the biodrama. The dramaturgy goes through the daily lives of the participants, absorbing fears, desires and personal conflicts of each artist, and in this perspective I appropriated exercises about the Theater of the Oppressed, founded by Augusto Boal, and reflections raised by the director Viviane Tellas, who states that every personal story is worth staging. In order to better understand the universe in which the (Me) notes experience is developed, I analyze the MIT - Intergenerational Theater Movement, designed by Luiz Guarnier, who works in the city of Iguazú, perceiving in it characteristics of a resistance theater such as Augusto Boal's Theater of the Oppressed
