This dissertation proposes to discuss the existence of women structurally perverse through psychoanalytic theory, particularly from the indispensable contributions of Freud and Lacan. Initially, while studying the perversion, there is the difficulty of isolating it as a special structure, distinguishing it from psychosis and neurosis in the phenomenological point of view due to the perverse-polymorphic manifestation of human sexuality. However, one of the issues discussed when treating this nebulous subject is if there are women in perverse structure, or if the perverse positions would be restricted only to the man. Therefore, for this research, it was necessary, in addition to the issues relating to women, understand the Freudian path in the study of perversion, since his first citations until its conceptual training. To do this, became relevant to understand the uses of the word Verleugnung in Freud and Lacan's study, whom consolidates the term as a perverse mechanism. Examining about fetishism and the Freudian 'pairs of opposites' that issues between woman and perversion were made. Finally, it was essential to approach the discussion about the clinic of perversion and illustrate the theory treated through cases of the literature and examples from art.
