Resumo: Our purpose is to define what the relationship between the self and the subject of the constitution of reality to the human subject. To do so, we discuss the importance of the theme of the self in the work of Freud and Lacan's teaching, delimiting the different times of the construction of this notion in the course of these authors. Our purpose is to show that, from the beginning, the self is defined as a psychic instance responsible for establishing defenses against desire. The development of the concept of narcissism was what made it possible for me to receive a proper status to the psychoanalytic field. Freud maintains that the self does not exist from the beginning, but it is from the encounter with the other. Its function would be, in this context, to unify the autoeróticas drives an image of own body. For his part, Lacan will claim that the self is an instance that is from the ideal image of the other and therefore has an illusory foundation. Distinguishes the self (moi) - instance that is from the imaginary register of the subject (je), articulate speech and, therefore, is linked to the symbolic concept record. Lacan overturns the concept of the subject, inasmuch as the same is set to the object. The object to which it is connected to the innermost and at the same time, thymus former to the subject. Standing on the side of it is real cause of desire, a desire that insists on revealing the expense of the self, in the areas of speech and language. It is considered that, while the subject of the unconscious is telling the truth, ie, the missing, I, on the other hand is the alienation of the Other, the mean it is set in a dual relationship, intersubjective which makes opposition, which seeks to defend any approach of desire. What makes us conclude that it is against the wish, that I defends itself after all. We conclude that the route undertaken highlighted the importance of the theme of the self in its relations with the constitution of psychic reality wins for analytic praxis, therefore, is around the notion that I'll see if they constitute different ways of thinking about both formation of the analyst as the direction of psychoanalytic treatment

Made available in DSpace on 2021-01-07T17:50:57Z (GMT).
