In 1997 emerged in the suburb of Rio de Janeiro city, more precisely in the bandstand of Meier neighborhood, the first matrix, of what would later became the great neopentecostal empire of faith, denominated Universal Church of the Kingdom of God. The religion institution concerned its target of constantly academics searches, by its vertiginous expansion and by the practices and beliefs constantly directed at prosperity, mainly in the financial perspective. The Prosperity Theology disseminated by IURD attracts millions of faithful in the Brasil and in the world, this result in diffusion strategies of the temples, of the said institution in the geographic space, with the worry creation and maintenance of the iurdianos faith territories. In this perspective the present study had as objective understand the strategies in the diffusion process of the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God in the urban space of Alagoas, uncovering the joints generated during the process. It became necessary an interpretation of the spatial arrangement of faith and yours devotees. From a bibliographic survey reference to the Church in the Alagoas state, it was possible identify indicators in the spatial selectivity witch conditions the distribution of the spatial distribution of the temples to urban development through Movement Systems in different times in the cities and the economic growth with emphasis on the transport factor in the Alagoas state. Two patterns were revealed in Church diffusion in Alagoas: a) one that corresponds to the corporative central network acts on macro and micro scale, justifying the diffusion hierarchy and b) standard by filling in space generated from the expansion of the Church in the sense- periphery. This study features possible existence and breaking down barriers, in the diffusion process, represented by others religion than the IURD.
