Modos de produção de sentidos na notícia: uma proposta de promoção da leitura no Ensino Fundamental

The present research arises from the proposal of developing reading abilities of a ninth grade students class through pedagogical activities. The main goal of this work is to promote the students reading capability from the analysis of meaning production in the news. Both the chosen genre and the theme that is, politics intend to contribute to a qualitative critical social practice, which is defended by Bortoni-Ricardo (2008), and compatible with research-action, analyzed by Thiollent (2011). The commitment to the teaching and learning process has taken all the produced activities by the teaching practice as a teacher-mediator, acting in the construction of knowledge interacting with pupils. According to this direction, the research is based on studies in the field of Analysis of Speech, with authors such as Coracini (1991, 1995a, 1995b), Dela-Silva (2003, 2011a, 2011b, 2013), Indursky (2001, 2006, 2010, 2011a, 2011b) and Orlandi (1995, 1998a, 1998b, 2006, 2009, 2012, 2015), articulating their theoretical notions to analytical practice of materiality interpretation of news, observing meaning updates, interpretations in a discursive perspective and how symbolic objects make sense. In this conception, speech theoretical object is defined as meaning effect among the interlocutors and the text is constituted both by symbolic and material objects. Therefore, the reading possibilities are multiple, since the interpretation practice considers the different discourses which go through the text and the subject-reader. The process of making sense is constituted by the linguistic system and exteriority, involving the ideological-historical-social aspects. In order to obtain the results, besides the teaching records of oral participation, the students reading and interpretation gestures were analyzed in five registered activities. After the application of some activities directed towards the enrichment of previous knowledge about the topic and interpretation exercises, it was possible to observe more significant readings in which the conditions of production in the meaning effects were involved.
