Resumo: The present dissertation of social merit has been carried out in New Republic in Brazil (1985-1992) On the work, having as cornerstone a judicial documentation of the Regional Court of the First Region, anchored in other sources and debates of the period. The main focus started from the analysis of historical processes and their relationship with the works produced by the Regional Labor Court of the RJ Region, during the same period in which the debate was public and in internal justice. São Paulo, Brazil, constituting a privileged basis for social analysis, since the purely legal and protocol criteria are discussed. It is based on the initial observation of the experience of class discourses and conflicts within and outside the legal system, as well as the generation of a historical turning point in the world during an intersection of the 1980s and 1990s in the country.

O enfoque principal se dará a partir da análise dos processos históricos e sua relação com os acórdãos produzidos pelo Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da Primeira Região- RJ no período, bem como o debate público e a dinâmica interna da Justiça do Trabalho, elementos esses que em conjunto, são rica fonte histórica, constituindo-se como base privilegiada de análise social, uma vez que ultrapassam os critérios puramente jurídicos e protocolares.
