O impacto da vulneração na subjetividade das pessoas em situação de rua: colaboração da Bioética da Proteção.

The homeless persons is varied and has been increasing mainly in the big urban centers, due to the economic crisis, the unemployment and the lack and / or inefficiency of public policies to meet the demands of these people. In a capitalist society, those who have no purchasing power are excluded from access to essential goods necessary for a decent life. This study deals with the social exclusion, the vulnerability and susceptibility of the people in street situation from their perception of their own conditions. Its general objective is to analyse the impact of the susceptibility on the subjectivity of the people in street situation, to know how they live, what they feel, what they need and how they are affected by the exclusive social environment and the situations of susceptibility to which they are subjected, in their personal choices, self-care and the perspective of a better life. For this purpose, the method used is qualitative. Due to the diversity of people living on the street, it was decided to study those who are engaged in some type of work. The techniques used were: participant observation of the environment in which they live and in-depth interviews with homeless persons that are workers who use or not the strategy of health, Office on the Street. The analysis of the data is based on hermeneutic-dialectical foundations, in view of the guidelines of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the theoretical references of the Bioethics of Protection. The results revealed that the susceptibility experienced by people in street situation affects their subjectivity, compromising their personal choices, self-care and valuing themselves - their self-esteem. Because of these wounds, which are so potent in their lives, it is difficult for them to find desires and prospects for positive change. It was verified that the public policies do not favor the access and the reception of these people. As a conclusion, it was found that peoples in street situation have enormous difficulties in potentializing and empowering themselves as individuals in face of the concrete situations of survival they have to deal with everyday. It is expected that this academic work can offer subsidies to think about new political actions for this population in view of the Bioethics of Protection, seeking inclusion in social apparatuses that value a dignified life, non-violation of human rights and valuation of the subject in the appropriation of their place as a person who has a voice of their own in the development of their autonomy
