Perspectiva estética e sociopoética ao cuidar junto com as pessoas com sofrimento psíquico aplicando a Teoria Tidal Model

The object of study is the need to innovate through health care/well-being technologies in the mental health area, focusing on nursing care along with people in psychological distress.The thesis' assumption is that the application of a nursing care technology centered on a theory centered on the completeness of being, like the aesthetic and sociopoetic perspective, along with the customer in psychological distress, contribute to the welfare of this and the professional who helps to look after. It had as main objective to propose a suitable technology to the development of care grounded in nursing theory that along with those customers features the aesthetics and sociopoetic perspective of nursing care; and specific to analyze the imaginative dimension of nursing students attending the discipline of Psychiatry and Mental Health, on the person with psychological distress, and identify their individual characteristics; develop a course on the Tidal Model to encourage graduate students in nursing, registered in the discipline of psychiatry and mental health in the context of sociopoetic workshops aiming at acquiring nonexistent knowledge in the content of this discipline and facilitating the understanding of the Sociopoetic philosophy and theory; elaborate, based on assumptions and commitments in the Tidal Model Nursing Theory and Sociopoetic's philosophical principles theory, a protocol/technology to enable the aesthetic and sociopoetic perspective of nursing care, along with people; validate the protocol/technology designed for application of care for the comfort and well-being of customers with a jury composed of nurses, having relevant qualification and performance in the mental health area. The theoretical framework were the Tidal Model theories and Sociopoetic's philosophy and theory. From April 2014 to August 2015, after approval of the COEP, the research was developed in a public university in Rio de Janeiro, applying the mixed method: sociopoetic, qualitative, descriptive, through the technical experience of geomythical places and body dynamics as a minimum territory using the free design; the quantitative method, descriptive, whose data obtained were treated with simple descriptive statistics, and Delphi technique used for the elaborate protocol validation. It was found that the formulated objectives have been achieved, demonstrating the need for instrumentalization of mental health care, supported on a theoretical model as well as methodological and imaginative dimension of people with psychological distress is equal to the social and traditional imagery. The alternative hypothesis based on the assumption already described was rejected due to low knowledge of the jury about the theoretical technology basis. It was concluded that the realization of this thesis helps to reframe and humanize the nursing care along with people in psychological distress, given the instrumentalization of professionals and academics to apply the aesthetic and sociopoetic perspective in their professional practice.
