The participants were divided into 4 groups and each group evaluated a volume of the booklet. Data collection took place through an electronic questionnaire hosted on the Google Forms platform, first with the expert judges, from November 2021 to April 2022, and then with the target audience, from February to October 2022.All received, by email or WhatsApp, a link with access to the Free and Informed Consent Form, in addition to the booklet and the electronic questionnaire for reading and evaluating the material. Validation with expert judges took place in two assessments. In the first, the groups were composed of 10 (3 nurses, 5 nutritionists and 2 doctors), 11 (9 nurses and 2 doctors), 12 (10 nurses and 2 doctors) and 12 (9 nurses and 3 doctors) participants. In the second evaluation, by 10 (5 nurses, 3 nutritionists and 2 doctors), 11 (9 nurses and 2 doctors), 10 (8 nurses and 2 doctors), 11 (9 nurses and 2 doctors). And with the target audience, in just one assessment, whose groups had 13, 12, 12 and 12 family members. Results: In the first evaluation, the 4 volumes had global agreement rates greater than 80%, but some items from volumes 1 and 3 were rejected. In addition, many approved items received suggested changes. After the modifications, the 4 volumes were returned for a second evaluation by the expert judges, having been approved with global agreement rates of 99%, 98%, 99% and 96%. As the volumes were validated by the judges, they were made available for evaluation by the target audience and were approved in the first evaluation with global agreement rates of 99% each, with no suggestions for changes. Conclusion: The validation of this booklet is important, as it covers a series of doubts of family members regarding the continuity of care at home. Thus, the present study is relevant, since the validation of the booklet by expert judges and the target audience makes this educational material suitable for distribution and use in health units, with the aim of supporting family members in the home care provided. to children and adolescents. In addition, it will allow health professionals to previously intervene with family members with guidelines to promote a safer hospital discharge.

Submitted by Pedro CB/B (pedrocmaf@gmail.com) on 2024-01-16T13:12:50Z No. of bitstreams: 2 Tese - Cicero Ivan Alcantara Costa - 2023 - Parcial.pdf: 547452 bytes, checksum: 6966474bf409f1a25d19025b2531fdf5 (MD5) Tese - Cicero Ivan Alcantara Costa - 2023 - Completa.pdf: 9340291 bytes, checksum: bd2446575a47471302532fb6f9463589 (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2024-01-16T13:12:51Z (GMT).
