This research aims to discuss the practices of agroecology in the academic environment artistically and experimentally explored collectively. An occupation within the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro that gave rise to a multidisciplinary group in favor of potential for political resistance and survival against hunger. Borders between urban and rural space, highlighting the assertion of the collective and collaborative character, where the experimental process questions aspects of the artistic, cultural and political circuit. With performance potential, representing practices of rural daily life in an urban center, more specifically within the university, with expansion to parks, squares, vacant lots, and public flowerbeds, carried out in association with the resolution of a problem. Actors with the same gesture in common, planting, harvesting, feeding, harmonizing with nature. First, think about quality food, where the grower recognizes what he harvests there and sees that it is good! According to the research, the research-action methodology was used in an investigative way, based on a collective reflection undertaken by the group participants, to improve the spaces worked. Collective action between researchers and researched with the foundation to improve the practice of the research investigated here. Relying on effective, photographic, video memories, writings from two artist notebooks (where every movement made was noted, notes from different hands, such as a serious record, drawings, descriptions of meetings, lists), this research is based on processes developed by Manga Rosa UERJ agroecology group. As a result, valuing bonds, creating bridges and networks with a planting process, generating relational interactions seen as manual labor, come to be seen with artistic eyes.
