A educação em saúde na licenciatura em ciências biológicas: abordagens e conhecimentos

This research appropriated the expression Health Education in the sense of a field of pedagogic work and realization of search and also the practice of the professional who plans and guides pedagogically your teaching about health education. The Biological Science teachers are considered are considered as the main responsible for health education in the school, thus this search was realized in the biological sciences' teacher training courses to incentivize the discussion and reflexions about these professionals' formation to guide the health education's discussion on middle and high school. This research was initially guided by this question: is there the health education in the biological sciences teacher training course? This question allows to identify presences and absences of approach about health on biological sciences' teacher training courses and to problematize the cases of absences to signal them as a case of the negation of the legislations for this respective course. Other question that guided this search was: How is inserted and accosted the health in the biological sciences' teacher training courses? This questions translates the interest of the search to overcome the initial discussion that talk about presences and absences because proposes a deepening of the initiatives in which health approach happens, trying to understand how it has been materialized to health approach in the biological sciences' teacher training courses. To select the biological sciences' teacher training courses considered on the research was necessary some clippings. Firstly the parse is done in documents of registry of disciplines of some biological sciences' teacher training courses to identify those that accuse health. Thus the parse of the documents show that among five teacher training courses one don t have health education approach, other don't put the health education as required discipline and only three teacher training courses are in line with national curriculum guidelines in higher education to talk about health education. In the next step we sought to teachers of these disciplines mapped to the interviews. The parse of the interview is organized in broad categories, categories and little categories that indicate the difference between the types of the health education approach. Although the teachers interviewed develop their practice in health education in required disciplines of the teacher training courses the results indicate different nature to this practices, like this: health education to teacher training courses; Health Education intermediate between bachelor's formation and teacher's formation and health education to health professional's formation. From the discussion of the results found in this search, we considered that is very important that the new studies talk about health education approach, your characteristics and nature in the biological sciences' teacher training courses. We believe this to be a way by which is possible to progress in initial discussion that talks about presence or absence of the health approach in the biological sciences' teacher training courses.
