The demands for integrality in health demanded by women are not recent themes in health policies in Brazil. Integrality was used for the first time in 1984, by the Ministry of Health, in the preparation of the Program of Integral Assistance to Women's Health, its construction has always counted on the active participation of women from the feminist social, health and university movements. The study contributes to the construction of arguments in the sense of assuming integrality in health as a practice articulator of rights. This is because integrality gains materiality when it imposes itself as a strategy to defend life, as a right that guides the administrative goals of the service. Being the care as a political-ethical value, an activity developed by the human being that requires collective responsibility for the affirmation of life. By maintaining dialogue with women in vulnerable territories as active subjects of social change, the study seeks to aggregate their reflections, know-how and practices in the search for care in their territories of struggle. To this end, it uses multi-methods that collaborate to identify the paths these women take in relation to social vulnerability, belonging, collective responsibility and care as a political action in the public space. In this sense, the questioning that guides this complex debate goes through the macro, micro and molecular dimensions of politics in social dynamics. We reflect on the elements that the claim to the right to care, to be cared for and to self-care offer in order to overcome the current crisis in the social organization of care. In view of the relations of community reciprocity in health, the study analyzes the experience reports of women organized by the claim for human rights in the context of the pandemic of COVID-19 in Brazil. It seeks to understand the daily itinerary of these women in the Women's Struggle Territories campaign of the Institute for Political Alternatives for the Southern Cone in their exercise of claiming the right to care in their territory. The approaches discussed during the campaign's cycle of debates highlight their activities in plural territories where 37 experiences were identified.The analysis sample is focused on urban territories and on the intercession with the field of collective health.Despite the diversity and plurality of experiences, the articulation of the discourse of activists is complementary and covers a unity built and established in open debate. Women in action in the context of the pandemic create their practices of caring for themselves and for the world, pointing to the need to take care of their lives in the "now". They formulate responses, not only to the pandemic, but to the challenges that the overlapping crisis poses to their lives.Therefore, this work addresses the scenarios of hegemony dispute that proposes to change the centre of the articulation between public policies and territories by assimilating the concrete conditions for the challenge that care as an ethical-political value encounters among activists.
