The perception of madness was turning over the history of psychopathology, which made possible the understanding of the insane as mentally ill. This transformation indicates that there is a social historical conditioning of psychopathology and points to the need to consider the historical character of the space in which the existence occurs. In order to think of a psychopathology that show prior to any identification process and categorizer of the ways of the man, this research has the main objective to present the thought of Binswanger as a possible way regarding the redefinition of psychopathology. What guide this study are the existential ratings in which they describe ways of the man who have mobility, a constitutive plurality of a being who is not related to any interior. The space is shown as a correlate of existence, and this poses a problem of the historicity of the concepts of psychopathology, which allows a reflection on the process of categorization and medicalization nowadays
