O processo de institucionalização da pesquisa educacional no Brasil: argumentos, debates e iniciativas

Resumo: The objective of this assignment is to identify how the scientific production was developed based on the relationships with the scientific development policy during the decade of 1950, when important institutions were created linked to the research of this period and what were the addressed topics and its possible connections with the process to institutionalize the research. The selected path conducted an analysis regarding the relationship between the first steps of the process to institutionalize the research in Brazil, what it was produced and spread as knowledge in the field of education from this process. As an analysis source, it was chosen to use the published articles at Pedagogic Studies Brazilian Magazine , mainly, in the decade of 1950, and under this perspective it was possible to observe not only the most used and published thematic of this period, but also it was possible to verify who were the authors that most published at the time. In fact, what was attempted to present in this assignment were the strategies that the Estate built with the purpose of making its own interests worth, making usage of its role as director, financier and administrator. In a direct or indirect way, it made its interests present at Inep, Cnpq, CAPES, Research Institutes, at universities, post-graduations and inevitably in this research. Considering the relevance given to the education of the decade of 1950, its social character, capable of promoting the necessary changes in the country with goal of development and modernization, the Estate made its presence, in a substantial way, in the education researches spreading the determined ideology

O caminho empreendido conduziu a uma análise sobre a relação entre os primeiros passos do processo de institucionalização da pesquisa no Brasil e o que se produzia e se disseminava como conhecimento no campo da educação a partir desse processo. Como fonte de análise, optou-se por utilizar os artigos publicados na Revista Brasileira de Estudos Pedagógicos RBEP, principalmente, no decênio de 1950, e dessa forma pode-se observar não só as temáticas mais abordadas e publicadas no período em questão, mas também pode-se constatar quem eram os autores que mais publicavam nesse periódico à época. O que se tentou, de fato, apresentar nesse trabalho, foram as estratégias que o Estado construiu no intuito de fazer valer seus interesses, utilizando-se de seus papeis de diretor, financiador e administrador. De forma direta ou indireta, fez de seus interesses presença no Inep, no Cnpq, na CAPES, nos Centros de Pesquisa, nas universidades, na pós-graduação, e como não poderia ser diferente, fez presença na pesquisa.
