Resumo: | This research is based on three concepts to analyze the norms and public policies on the rural schools, as well as their challenges and perspectives in the capitalist market society in which it is inserted. Turning to the teacher of this school, he seeks, through the valorization of teacher self-reflection, tools that enable the teacher to recognize his power as an agent of change in that reality. In addition, a debate about its challenges and expectations through bibliographical research, reflection with a broad theoretical body, targeted interviews and the qualitative analysis of these, we seek to understand how the country school is characterized in Brazil and relate it to the school that is the locus of analysis of this research and seek approximations with the possible means of action of the teacher in a reflective way in their daily practice. The product of this research is a permanent agenda for educators in the field, which brings together and updates the teacher of the debates carried out in the academy in the field of education, of his educational practice. Its main purpose is to foster in the teacher who teaches in rural schools a possible re-signification of that territory and also stimulate the process of teacher self-reflection as a practice to be developed daily. |

Ao voltar-se para o professor desta escola, busca, pela valorização da autorreflexão docente, ferramentas que possibilitem ao professor o reconhecimento do seu poder enquanto agente de mudança daquela realidade. Além, debate sobre seus desafios e expectativas através da pesquisa bibliográfica, reflexão com amplo corpo teórico, de entrevistas direcionadas e da análise qualitativa destas, buscamos entender como a escola do campo está caracterizada no Brasil e relacioná-la com a escola que é lócus de análise desta pesquisa e buscar aproximações com os possíveis meios de atuação do docente de forma reflexiva em sua prática diária. O produto desta pesquisa é uma agenda permanente voltada para educadores do campo, que aproxima e atualiza o professor dos debates realizados na academia no campo da educação, da sua prática educativa.
