In the current national scene, aroused attention the fact that the so-called parental alienation syndrome, bullying and mobbing, issues that gained prominence in the last decade especially, were portrayed in a way that seemed to bring them closer despite addressing various personal interactions in different contexts - family, school and work, respectively. In discussions about those topics were common, for example, statements about individual psychological aspects, insults and abuse, mental suffering, punishment for perpetrators, repair and protection of victims, and elaboration of draft laws. Thus, in order to contribute to critical reflections for discussions on parental alienation syndrome, bullying and mobbing and to understand why these issues came to competing demands for laws, had as goal in this thesis investigate a possible common substrate between them from examining projects laws federal and opinions on these commissions issued by the Federal Chamber of Deputies. The theoretical and methodological approach of Michel Foucault has been employed for the analysis of legislative documents selected. The archaeological method was discussed in conjunction with the genealogy of power, in other words, examination of the political conditions of possibility of discourse. It was noted that the overestimation of subjectivity, especially the mental sufferings and the figure of the victimized citizen, has favored certain discursive production around the idea of "violence" in personal relationships. At the same time, it has spurred demands for more punishment and control, which often have resulted in the drafting of legislative proposals that, in most cases, are used to define conduct that would be connected to the "violence", and measures of repression them. In this course, parental alienation syndrome, bullying and mobbing related to expansive notion of "violence" and demands for damages, if reveal security devices effective at extending tentacles of the penal state on interpersonal relationships, contributing thereby for the continued expansion and maintenance of the neoliberal political-economic project. Furthermore, the establishment of certain discursive unity around the idea of "violence" in interpersonal relationships shown as highly productive and convenient control strategy, as on the grounds of safety and protection supposedly weakened citizen, or citizen-victim, promotes consensus and adherence to government policies in neoliberalism. It is concluded that the discussions in this study on the generalization and trivialization of certain themes, and concepts set out in the current social context can serve as instruments inside fights possible, especially with regard to the field of psychology
