This study aims to develop forms of labor in Brazil, from 1980, outlining the fundamentals and as main characteristics assumed, and taking into account the historical projections of the Brazilian social and economic formation and as new demands of value. We resort to the determination measures of value and the crisis of capital, outlining the particular brands in Brazil that conform to a “place” of dependence and periphery in the international division of labor. In the research, we found traditional forms of production in the capitalist markets and revitalize the labor, identifying how the historical forms reproduced the labor market in the financialization phase of capital and the crisis of value realization, allowing the understanding between a Brazilian and the social totality. An analysis of labor market data in Brazil between 1980 and 2018 pointed to main features of rising unemployment, informality and relaxation of labor relations. Some processes have verified the current workforce in Brazil as the gradual process of a schooling career, demonstrating that precariousness is also in the most informed states and not just the informative and low audience. The highest rates about labor market in Brazil were the ones that showed the most unemployment, affecting a younger population, with a lower level of education and not white people (legacy of slavery). However, the increase in women's insertion in the labor market is still higher than men, even though women have higher education levels. In short, a four story researched demonstrated the exhaustion of the developmental period, with the retraction of state regulation and actions on workers' rights. In addition to the increase in social inequalities and income concentration, there is the permanence of Brazilian historical contradictions and the generation of social and economic elements in the labor market.
