The National High School Examination (ENEM) was created in 1998 with the objective of evaluating the learning of completed students and high school graduates. The data used through this exam is used by the government for elaborate educational policies of improvement and quality. As of 2009 or the National High School Examination gained great prominence as the process of access to higher education institutions through the Unified Selection System (SISU). Several universities Passed to adopt SISU over these years. However, a university in the State of Rio de Janeiro is a single public university in Rio that does not adopt SISU. In view of this, the present work has the scope of analyzing vestibular issues of UERJ and ENEM. In this context, he made a brief history about ENEM and UERJ, compared the syllabus contents of the two exams, pointed out the questions of the UERJ entrance exam and addressed the contents that were charged in ENEM exams and, finally, analyzed the second phase of the entrance exam at UERJ with the possibility of showing how changes occurred in the discursive exam.
