This doctoral thesis argues that at present there is a type of ideology very close to the Nazi-fascist ideology of Germany of the Third Reich, which runs through society, now hidden, now manifested mainly in the abusive practices and attitudes of the dominant power directed to "Undesirable subjects", which I define as the social group composed of street children and adolescents, those coming from the favelas and peripheries, as well as the adolescents who commit an offense that are incarcerated, and those who are targeted by the state's lethal violence of RJ, mostly black and poor. I establish an analogy between the three solutions / phases of Nazism for the question of the Jews and other undesirable groups with the three practices adopted by the ruling power of RJ: (1st) Practice: Recollection / Expulsion; (2ª) Practice: Incarceration / Concentration; (3rd) Practice: Assassination / Homicide. The capitalist mode of production has contributed to the worsening of this situation, establishing patterns of inequality and exclusion of this segment of the productive process
