Youth, youth, public policy, language and subjectivity are some of the issues addressed in this study have to aim analyze what they say young people participating in the Program ProJovem Trabalhador the city of Patos (Paraíba) youth about their condition and about the ways they enunciate themselves. Thus, we reflect on the following questions: Who are these kids? As these constitute their subjectivities from their relationships with other young people? In its narrative discourses which are present? To this end, we conducted a field study with a qualitative approach, which was attended by nine young. We opted for a dynamic workshops and interviews as strategies for field work, organized from a socio-historical and cultural criticism. Considering the theoretical and methodological choice as an option ethics and politics, has some of the interlocutors as Mikhail Bakhtin, Marilia Amorim, Ribes Rita Pereira, Lucia Rabelo de Castro, Solange Jobim e Souza, Maria Teresa Freitas, Juarez Dayrell, Angelina Peralva and Machado Pais. The experiences brought by the youth in this study offer reflections on the images of youth sacralized to deal with concrete subjects, as well as the recognition of different spaces and times where these experiences are materializing. The discourses that seek to bring young people to articulate on various themes, such as literature, music, dance, school, education, work, alcohol and other drugs, relationships with friends and influences, family life and dialogue in health and disease, sport and leisure city, difficulties, death, absence, bigotry, sexuality and expectations. Their narratives demarcate the relationship between subject and society. By presenting themselves as subjects individuals bring to the fore issues that permeate the entire society, positioning themselves on the issues involving the asymmetrical relationships between children/young people and adults. Public policy and youth ProJovem Trabalhador were re-designed from the dialogism and alterity, since the practices of youth programs need to be taken as aesthetic experiences. Thus, considering the intervention research as a quest, encounter, conflict, translation, comprehension and knowledge should also be re-cognition as historical subjects entered into a sociocultural context, researcher and researched were in the paths of life forming in their flow and multiplicities from the language
