This paper aims to reflect on the continuing education of teachers in the arts of dialogue with digital technologies in inclusive perspective of professionals, opposite the urgency to develop skills for using the machine. Thus highlight local experience in art, education and technology arts teachers at the Center for Art Copacabana (Extension Unit Educational / SME / Rio de Janeiro), which in 2008 consisted of a group of continuing education for the field of new language and now revels in innovative actions in their practice. In this context learning cooperatively, as I intend to further reflection on the status of teachers as an apprentice in his own role to educate, confirming the necessity of this teaching / learning also in the initial training in the arts. The motivation for the research is in the broad field to be explored digital inclusion, innovative teaching methods, new educational paradigms triggered by the crew tecnodigital and informational pathways involved in the new processes of teaching and learning. The researcher's role is highlighted by active inserction in the group studied, defining itself as reflective experience by means of action research
