It presents a phenomenological research, critical books that teach about the ways of being in the world to the relationship man-money-happiness: the Literature of Financial Self-help. The phenomenon had investigated the convergence of the eyes of Husserlian Phenomenology in a constant dialogue with critical theory. Preferably, were called to this "phenomenology dialectical" thinkers Frankfurtians Adorno, Horkheimer, Benjamin and Marcuse, as well as those with whom they converse. Show the points of encounter, respecting differences and pointing to the possibility of a plural way of seeing and rigorous guided a phenomenological critical-intellectual attitude that sought above all to gaze upon the emancipation of contemporary consumer society indicating a path alternative to contemporary social psychology. Ratifies the emergence of hyper society, the hipercapitalismo, hipertecnologização of life and highlighting the capitlaismo crises, and put into play the strategies and processes of subjectivity used by this system to capture subjectivity. Indicators symptoms of contemporary consumer society were perceived and reveal themselves in self-help texts.
