Telehealth is a management and strategy tool in health and education. This modality makes it possible to reduce the territorial isolation of professionals through teleconferencing and videoconferencing. The use of information and communication technologies strengthens the creation of new knowledge and the opening of strategic, regional and social development in several educational fields, amplifies the spaces of learning and pedagogical transformation. Telehealth enters as a device for mediation and transformation of these work processes in the field of health, allowing results and multiprofessional support. Physiotherapy can integrate the ongoing training of professionals to new technological learning tools through distance learning. To analyze the insertion of Telephysicaltherapy in the practices of the health programs through the hub of Telehealth HUPE / UERJ. Retrospective study of Telephysicaltherapy in health program practices through the Telehealth-Rio de Janeiro Nucleus, hosted at the Pedro Ernesto-UERJ University Hospital. Seminar records were used synchronously and asynchronously from this nucleus in the period from 2010 to 2014. The results were treated through descriptive statistics comparing the participation of the user in the synchronous and asynchronous mode, territorial behavior, more content Access time. The use of webseminaries in asynchronous mode presented greater number of access and participations when compared to the synchronous one. The Southeast region had the highest percentage of participation in the seminars by region (51.1%). Pulmonary rehabilitation (478) and TENS new pain concepts (264) were the contents with greater participation of users. The period of greater visualization was nocturnal (1664). The use of virtual learning environments in the public domain in the seminar modality for physiotherapists allowed the expansion of access to information, practices and education to remote regions of the country enhanced by the pioneering of the Nucleus Telehealth Nucleus Telephysicaltherapy program in Rio de Janeiro
