By reference to the crèches territories, located in different places, the lócus of the research discuss the everyday and the different identities that surround them. Be located in different places naturally implies a dynamic organizational formations which includes subjective and different sociocultural characteristics. Thus, the research turns toward a literature review, emphasizing the principles that drive the studies on the crèche territory, including the construction of this territory by means of the social and cultural. It can be said that the cultural ideology taken within the creche territory reflects the many subjectivities passing in that space, during a time: teaching staff, the student body, staff technical and pedagogical, administrative staff, community, among others. The adopted methodology firm up into two parts: a theoretical, with selection, reading and interpretation of scholars related to the theme, and empirical, which brings the practical experience of the researcher on the creche territories, in order to explain / illustrate a knowledge until then not been formalized. Thus, the theory dialogues with the data collected in the many creches that administered in an attempt to bring new angles to the discussion.
