Resumo: Made by a black woman and a family and community nurse, this study analyzes the care of nurses in Primary Health Care (PHC) based on intersectionality. The motivation arises from the concept of intersectionality and it’s theoretical discussion in health, in the quest to understand the types of oppression and inequalities that nurses in Primary Health Care recognize as health markers. The relevance of this study lies in promoting the investigation of this problems, enhancing the recognition of prejudices and barriers that the pacient faces in accessing primary care. Therefore, if there are obstacles at the main gateway to the SUS, what are the user's guarantees about the duration of the health care process? During the consultation, nurses has a great responsibility in practice and can be considered a strong player in the humanization of the pacient in the SUS. This dissertation aims to: analyze the expressions of intersectionality in nursing consultations in the family health strategy, in the city of Rio de Janeiro. For specific purposes, to characterize the present and absent intersectional aspects in the nursing consultation in the Family Health Strategy and discuss the presence or absence of these intersectional aspects. This is a descriptive, qualitative study that takes place in the programmatic area 2.1 of the city of Rio de Janeiro, an area that surrounds the highest and lowest HDI in the city, Leblon and Rocinha. In addition, the study respects the ethical aspects authorized by the CEP of the university and the municipality, respectively CAAE: 61183822.8.0000.5282, CAAE: 61183822.8.3001.5279. For the research, eighteen interviews were carried out, fifteen of which were with cis women, of which nine of the interviewees declared themselves as white and nine declared themselves as light skin. Most of the interviewees belonged to social class C. The reports were divided into three categories containing 312 record units. For the interviewees, access, living conditions and social vulnerability are the aspects most cited as the most relevant for the elaboration of a nursing care plan, in the family health strategy. Skin color, gender and sexuality are considered essential markers for the recognition of social inequalities and are aspects investigated in nursing consultations in PHC, based on a dialogue free of prejudice, making this essential and relevant for the investigation of conditions of public health. The debate on the theme important for family and community nurses, whether in permanent education spaces or in residency classes, above all, they are powerful in building opinions and changing paradigms. In conclusion, intersectionality has great potential to advance in the various fields of study. It is necessary to think about a care practice that breaks with silencing and historical and intentional destruction, from a reflective perspective that generates an overcoming of these attitudes and allows alignment in search of anti racist, anti sexist and anti LGBTphobia care.

Submitted by Eduardo CB/B (duardoribeiro91@gmail.com) on 2023-11-07T15:11:47Z No. of bitstreams: 1 Dissertação - Michelle Adrianne da Costa de Jesus - 2023 - Completa.pdf: 1554090 bytes, checksum: 0aa55d99608703f2d4ed50f1b7145465 (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2023-11-07T15:11:47Z (GMT).
