Resumo: The revelation of the imaginative dimension related to survival of individuals with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) in Renal Replacement Therapy (RRT) and its coexistence with the same beyond the development of new technological and methodological perspectives of nursing care, with a view to adoption of perspective of aesthetics/social poetics of nursing care are the study objectives. Chose to Nola Pender Theory as a theoretical framework and Social Poetic (SP) as theoretical-methodological framework. The data produced by the methods: epidemiological study; clinical research; social poetics study, with the institution of the researcher group in the self-care workshop, using the technique from the Body Dynamics as Minimum Territory. Realized in Campos - Rio de Janeiro - Brazil, in 2013 and 2014, after approval by the UERJ Ethics Committee in Research. Was selected 48 subjects with CKD on hemodialysis, equitably distributed into control and experimental groups. For quantitative analysis, we used descriptive and inferential statistics with Software Statistics, and nonparametric tests. In qualitative data applied to specific categorical analysis of Social poetics, and the description by the global study with predominance of philosophical. The majority, 58.3%, of the clients are woman; 62.5% are of black ethnicity; 58.3% had just basic education and 67% with family income until 2 minimum wages. The mean age was 49 years, with 71% dependent on hemodialysis for more than two years and 66.7% know it as only treatment. Have hypertension, 85.4% of subjects. Limitation of liquid bothers 45.83% and 29.17% of both groups respectively. 75% and 62.49% customers from both (RG) respectively, admitted some changes in their spheres of living. Just 4 and 1 clients in control and experimental groups were concerned with caring for the control of the disease since it s begin. Only 4 clients (2 from each group) admitted knowing anything about the operation of the RRT. Only 2 (8.33%) clients (one in each group) inspected daily fistula. 11 and 10 subjects of experimental and control groups did not know how much liquid could drink daily. 17 (70.83%) in the experimental group did not know the care required after transplantation. 24 (12 each group) believe that the transplant is cure. Developed a Workshop Social Poetics of Self Care as a methodological and technological strategy of care, to work the self-care about living with CKD. Was delimited 34 subcategories, which originated 7 thematic categories, described in study social poetics global. It was found that individuals who received education to self-care showed the best and most significant results related to the expansion / acquisition / application of knowledge to take care of themselves and improve living with the disease and its treatment. The understanding of imaginary subjects, mediated by Nola Pender Theory, showed interfering and motivators factors of self-care, aiming valuing life. It transpired that it can create an interactive environment, to prioritize/cultivate bonds of empathy and trust in the relationship between clients and professional. The proposal / strategy to develop customer service on perspective aesthetics/social poetics, is exactly the possibility of client and professional plan together activities, actions and self-care behavior. This path becomes feasible when the professional considers speech / client perception as the protagonist of the process, as recommended by the Theory Social Poetics.

This path becomes feasible when the professional considers speech / client perception as the protagonist of the process, as recommended by the Theory Social Poetics. Submitted by Boris Flegr (boris@uerj.br) on 2021-01-06T14:27:00Z No. of bitstreams: 1 TESE FINAL BRUNNO LESSA.pdf: 11806243 bytes, checksum: 8b8ca3a8ae037a157ad2eb265be05e08 (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2021-01-06T14:27:00Z (GMT).
