Resumo: The text aims at an approach of the Capital, of Karl Marx, in the perspective of the reconstruction of the main moments of articulation of the work. It is a complex dialectical system of rationality, structured on several development platforms, articulated in different degrees of exposure, in a dialectical process that integrates these differences into a global movement. We seek to set forth the arguments about the immediate determinations of capital, the foundations of the production of capital, the transition from production to the surface of the circulation of capital, the global circularity of capital, and the global process of capitalist production. The text will emphasize the main moments of articulation and passage that justify the different structuring moments.

Procuramos expor os argumentos acerca das determinações imediatas do capital, os fundamentos da produção do capital, a passagem da produção para a superfí­cie da circulação do capital, a circularidade global do capital e o processo global de produção capitalista.
