Resumo: This work aims to investigate the shrimp sequence (SeqC), a very common gastronomic product in Florianópolis, specifically in the Lagoa da Conceição neighborhood, also observing the relevance of this dish in the local economic and tourist context, in the city of Florianópolis. The sequence of shrimp, a typical dish commonly ordered in bars and/or restaurants in Florianópolis, whose denotation is a dish whose shrimp is presented in different ways and with different complements, is the subject of this study. Therefore, it was necessary to enter this universe, using a qualitative and quantitative research, with descriptive approaches, relying on bibliographical research, in addition to field research to understand and give veracity to the aforementioned questions. The universe of this research is based on regulars, employees and restaurant owners of Lagoa da Conceição, in a sample of 21 people. It is concluded that Lagoa da Conceição, a neighborhood in the city of Florianópolis, has an identitary gastronomic product, the sequence of shrimp, which emerges from stories passed down from generation to generation, either by its own historicity, as well as by the speeches of those who know it.

La secuencia de los camarones, plato típico comúnmente pedido en bares y/o restaurantes de Florianópolis, cuya denotación es un plato cuyo camarón se presenta de diferentes maneras y con diferentes complementos, es objeto de este estudio. Por lo tanto, fue necesario adentrarse en este universo, utilizando una investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa, con enfoques descriptivos, apoyándose en la investigación bibliográfica, además de la investigación de campo para comprender y dar veracidad a los interrogantes antes mencionados. El universo de esta investigación se basa en clientes habituales, empleados y propietarios de restaurantes de Lagoa da Conceição, en una muestra de 21 personas. Se concluye que Lagoa da Conceição, barrio de la ciudad de Florianópolis, posee un producto gastronómico identitario, la secuencia de camarones, que surge de relatos transmitidos de generación en generación, ya sea por su propia historicidad, como por los discursos de los que lo saben.Este trabalho objetiva investigar a sequência de camarão (SeqC), produto gastronômico muito comum em Florianópolis, especificamente do bairro da Lagoa da Conceição, observando também a relevância deste prato no contexto econômico e turístico local, na cidade de Florianópolis. A sequência de camarão, prato típico e comumente pedido em bares e/ou restaurantes de Florianópolis, cuja denotação, é, um prato, cujo camarão é apresentado de diversas maneiras e com diferentes complementos, é a pauta deste estudo. Para tanto, fez-se necessário adentrar este universo, usando de uma pesquisa de sentido qualitativa e quantitativa, com abordagens descritivas, contando com a pesquisa bibliográfica, além da pesquisa de campo para compreender e dar veracidade as questões supracitadas. O universo desta pesquisa pauta-se em frequentadores, funcionários e donos de restaurantes da Lagoa da Conceição, numa amostra de 21 pessoas.
