The aspects that penetrate the appropriation of the established Feira Livre in the Historical Center of Penedo in Alagoas, revalidate a way of expression that is consolidated for the historicity of that kind of market in this place, registering its first manifestations in the beginning of the XIX century. About that time, the city was established as commercial center until 1980, impregnating the atmosphere of the market, as a trace of the local cultural identity until the current days. The degradative factors or not that conduct the familiarity between the immateriality of the market and the materiality of the patrimonies builders are placed in focus, inquiring an intrinsic relation between both of them. For such, became necessary to apprehend of its main agents, the stallholders, their Corporeity – “a state of body” – as a phenomenological vector for the percipient activity with which its way of appropriation could be translated, its perception in the environment. Through the result of the Bodygraphy, we survey the reach of its appropriation and belonging, when associating the urban errancy in the experimentation of its atmosphere. It takes places the daily practices of the disturbed and commanded in the clutter, compared with an auto-organized and changeable as an alive system is focused against the movement of the city-scene, city-spectacle. An apprehension carried through on the inside, beyond the visible one, that it can assist in the disruption of the effective patrimonial position, which sometimes seems to understand material and immaterial patrimonies as dissociate way.
