The present work entitled Study of the sugarcane production related to the pluviometric regime, regarding the sugar cane production and the pluviometric regime of the Cachoeira Plant. Attempt to expose performance characteristics, such as tolerances, requirements, time limits and climate, in order to characterize the areas of Alagoas where the climate is appropriate for the cultivation of sugar cane of economic interest. However, order a case study of the production for the harvests from 2011/2012 to 2015/2016 and compare it with the precipitation periods in the area of the Caeté Plant of the Cachoeira Unit (Usina Cachoeira), located in the city of Maceió - Alagoas, at latitude 9 ° 26'33.68 "S and longitude 35 ° 44'2.00" W. The computational program Excel (Microsoft 2010) was used for this calculation. Rainfall data at the Secretariat of Environment and Water Resources and annual temperatures were acquired from the National Institute of Meteorology (INMET). Climatic variations (such as rainfall and temperature) are agents that intervene in the sugarcane production capacity in plantations and happen because agricultural techniques are dependent on these variations. For this to be the influence on the degree of concentration of sucrose that the plant can perform. Based on the study of the sugarcane crop and the analysis of climatic data available in the small portion of the municipality of Maceió, the study area of the sugarcane zone of the Cachoeira Plant and the production of Sugar and Ethanol during the harvest period 2011/2012 to 2015/2016, with the objective of identifying as Water Balance occurred during the year 2013, corresponding to the 2012/2013 harvest, as the climatic variations behaved in the production analyzing the relations between the values of the harvest and the rainfall data.
