Every day is perceived the importance growing given to studies of pathologies, one to which every civil work is subject by several factors. In many works, in particular, such as public works, pathological appearances are also related to companies that carry out projects, execution and supervision during construction phases, often such as safety, performance and strength of structures are replaced by economy and profit. Having reservoirs as a category of editing that is little remembered, - because they are often used or embedded in editions - but of great importance within the daily life of society, this paper aims to identify as main manifestations of incident cases. in a semi-buried reservoir of the Alto Sertão Water Treatment Station, located in rural Pariconha. For whom the study was carried out it was necessary to pay a visit to the identification station of the element that fits the case study analyzed, analysis and diagnosis of pathological manifestations. For this, visits, essays, interviews and history of editions were carried out in order to obtain the most accurate diagnosis within the possibilities offered by the material used and the knowledge acquired in the literature review, presenting the results found. In the work in question, the main pathological manifestations are related to the building's working conditions, direct contact with water and the aggressive agents used in its treatment and in the execution failures. It was concluded that, although not present and present in large numbers, various types of manifestations present from a structure to components of the reservoir, which contribute to the poor performance of the structure as well as the quality of the water being stored.
