Resumo: | : In a corporate environment increasingly integrated with latent issues in society, we visualize a set of institutional security practices and mainly security regarding image and corporate identity risks. In this event, elements of Compliance (Conformity – Compliance with rules and manuals) and Integrity (Connection to higher social values and corporate Identity) become essential in the search for a reality of more cohesive and congruent social values. With the general objective of highlighting students’ perceptions regarding the elements of organizational culture and artifacts for communicating elements of Compliance and Integrity, and specifically: presenting the perceived alignment between the vision, mission and values, when taking into account consideration of Compliance and Integrity elements during the internship experience; Enumerate the degree of alignment regarding the establishment of trust in the adoption of the Code of Ethics and reporting channels, and finally determine the degree of alignment perceived by the student regarding key issues of the compliance-integrity duo (data security actions (LGPD), internal corporate investigations and actions to promote diversity). Through quantitative research, through a questionnaire with 173 respondents (101 women, 70 men and 02 self-identified as non-binary, 86 of these indicating the private sector as their main internship experience, 76 the public sector and 11 third sector entities ), with internal consistency data by Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.83 and Total Omega of 0.87, a positive highlight was seen in the students’ experience, especially with regard to Confidence in Corporate Internal Investigations methodologies and confidence in the group of work and practices related to the general Data Protection Law. The research demonstrates limitations regarding the need for more in-depth investigations in each of the researched aspects, in order to clarify and point out possible stronger relationships in terms of cause and effect, in addition to deepening practical applications regarding this research aspect. |
