Resumo: The North Zone of the city of Manaus has a lack of spaces for sports and leisure, and even though it is the most populous area, it does not have adequate spaces that meet the basic needs for physical activities. Considering the importance of sport and leisure in the lives of the residents of this region, a project is proposed with a set of parks for sports and leisure activities, in the Cidade Nova neighborhood, Manaus, based on a theoretical research on sports and urban parks, techniques related to the specificities of the proposed spaces, case studies on the subject, in addition to urban analyzes of the surroundings, with the aim of expanding the region's leisure and sports network, as well as providing adequate spaces for the development of its various physical activities, sports and social.
