Resumo: This Course Conclusion Paper addresses a pilot plan for the distribution of natural gas in low-income housing projects. Specifically, the Cidadão Manauara I Residential Complex was chosen, located in the Santa Etelvina neighborhood, Manaus, due to its proximity to the existing natural gas network of the Concessionária company, CIGÁS, which is approximately 230 meters. The objective of this plan is to stimulate the consumption of natural gas in these residential areas, replacing the cylinders of cooking gas, LPG, in order to reduce costs, knowing that the use of natural gas provides savings of 40% to 60% compared to to cylinders, in addition to the safety provided by not being sold in cylinders, clean combustion and quickly dissipating in the atmospheric air. From financial relief, suggest and encourage family financial planning through passive extra income. With the data obtained, an estimate of the cost of the work is calculated to make natural gas accessible to residential families, which, based on the concession agreement between the Concessionaire and the State of Amazonas, is an exclusive investment by the Granting Authority, whose value is estimated based on the last investment plan disclosed by CIGÁS. The two proposals presented proved to satisfy the objectives, the second being the one that best fits the local characteristics and the Concessionaire's business model, in addition to a study of the implementation of a social tariff for natural gas as public policies of social bias in the molds already practiced in the State of Rio de Janeiro by determination of AGENERSA DELIBERATION No. 1,796 of 10/29/2013, in order to encourage this pilot plan for this and other low-income housing projects in the city of Manaus.

Especificamente, foi escolhido o Conjunto Residencial Cidadão Manauara I, localizado no bairro Santa Etelvina, Manaus, devido a sua proximidade à rede de gás natural existente da empresa Concessionária, a CIGÁS, que é de aproximadamente 230 metros. O objetivo desse plano é estimular o consumo de gás natural nesses residenciais, substituindo as botijas de gás de cozinha, o GLP, a fim de reduzir os custos, sabendo que o uso de gás natural proporciona uma economia de 40% a 60% em relação às botijas, além da segurança proporcionada por não ser comercializada em botijas, combustão limpa e se dissipar rapidamente no ar atmosférico. A partir do alívio financeiro, sugerir e estimular um planejamento financeiro familiar através de renda extra passiva. Com os dados obtidos, é calculado uma estimativa do custo da obra para tornar o gás natural acessível às famílias do residencial, que com base no contrato de concessão entre a Concessionária e o Estado do Amazonas, é um investimento exclusivo do Poder Concedente, cujo valor é estimado com base no último plano de investimento divulgado da CIGÁS.
