A estatística aplicada no cotidiano dos alunos: um estudo de caso em uma escola ribeirinha com o uso de tecnologias

Resumo: Bearing in mind that it arose from a need to investigate how students relate the content assimilated in the classroom to their daily practice, since the statistical content involves the various areas of knowledge, whether to explain facts, given samples and prove, through this For this reason, research is carried out on “Statistics applied in the daily life of students: a case study in a riverside school with the use of technologies”, in order to understand the statistical study using the measures of average tendency, mode and median as a way of data organization to improve information with the use of technologies. Therefore, it is necessary to conceptualize the theme of statistics and its importance in understanding the study of mathematics; Recognize the use of statistics in the day-to-day life of riverside dwellers; Relate the content addressed to the students' experience; Show the connection of statistics using average, mode and median trend measures and the use of technologies with mathematics, in the analyzed situations; Analyze the possible contributions of the work to the development and learning of students in the statistical concept. Then, a research is carried out in a high school classroom, mediated by technology; Presentation of the work theme and its importance in understanding and solving problems; Application of a questionnaire with the purpose of relating the theme worked in the classroom and its relevance in the experience of the riverside people. In view of this, it appears that, according to the analysis carried out in the works developed by the students, it can be seen that the methods of solving calculations through the Excel application, cultivated the students' interest in learning statistics, which brought advantages at the time. from organizing ideas to converting data, thus having greater student participation. The use of technological resources, such as smartphones (cell phones), makes the classes more practical, providing better monitoring and understanding of the content, in addition, the method used through the Excel application offers a new way of learning, therefore, we understand that students understood the characteristics of statistical concepts and that the vast majority consider statistics as a science. Statistics is an area of importance for reading and interpreting data from everyday reality and it is an axis between practical activities in different areas of human knowledge, today it is taught by the mathematics teacher in elementary and high school, which imposes the finding that there was a need to investigate how students relate the content assimilated in the classroom, their daily practice, since the statistical content involves the various areas of knowledge, whether to explain facts, show data and prove. Therefore, a class was proposed, which was called unpublished.

Therefore, a class was proposed, which was called unpublished.Tendo em vista que, surgiu de uma necessidade de investigar, como os alunos relacionam o conteúdo assimilado em sala, a sua prática diária visto que o conteúdo estatístico envolve as diversas áreas do conhecimento, seja para explicar fatos, mostras dadas e comprovar, por essa razão, pesquisa-se sobre “A estatística aplicada no cotidiano dos alunos: um estudo de caso em uma escola ribeirinha com o uso de tecnologias”, a fim de Compreender o estudo estatístico utilizando as medidas de tendência média, moda e mediana como forma de organização de dados para aprimoramento de informações com o uso das tecnologias. Para tanto, é necessário Conceituar o tema estatística e sua importância na compreensão do estudo da matemática; Reconhecer o uso estatístico no dia-dia dos ribeirinhos; Relacionar o conteúdo abordado a vivência dos estudantes; Mostrar a ligação da estatística utilizando as medidas de tendência média, moda e mediana e o uso das tecnologias com a matemática, nas situações analisadas; Analisar as possíveis contribuições do trabalho para desenvolvimento e aprendizado dos alunos no conceito estatístico. Realiza-se, então, uma pesquisa em uma sala do ensino médio, mediado por tecnologia; Apresentação do tema do trabalho e sua importância na compreensão e resolução de problemas; Aplicação de questionário com a finalidade de relacionar o tema trabalhado em sala e sua relevância na vivência dos ribeirinhos. Diante disso, verifica-se que, de acordo com análise feita nos trabalhos desenvolvidos pelos alunos pode-se perceber que os métodos de resolução de cálculos por intermédio do aplicativo Excel, cultivaram o interesse dos alunos em aprender estatística, por qual trouxe vantagens no momento de organização das ideias à conversão de dados, tendo assim, maior participação dos estudantes. A utilização de recursos tecnológicos, como smartfone (celulares), torna as aulas mais práticas, proporcionando melhor acompanhamento e compreensão do conteúdo, além disso, o método utilizado de forma por intermédio do aplicativo Excel, oferece uma nova maneira de aprendizado, portanto, entendemos que os alunos compreenderam as características dos conceitos estatísticos e que a grande maioria considera a estatística como uma ciência. A estatística é uma área de importância para a leitura e interpretação de dados da realidade do cotidiano e é um eixo entre as atividades práticas de diferentes áreas do conhecimento humano, hoje ela é ensinada pelo professor de matemática no ensino fundamental e ensino médio, o que impõe a constatação de que havia a necessidade de investigar como os alunos relacionam o conteúdo assimilado em sala de aula, a sua pratica diária, visto que o conteúdo estatístico envolvem as diversas áreas do conhecimento, seja para explicar fatos, mostras dados e comprovar.
