Resumo: Final graduation document of the Architecture and Urbanism course of the Federal University of Amazonas, with a proposal for the restoration and rehabilitation of the Palacete Mourisco based on the methodology of the manual for the preparation of projects for the preservation of cultural heritage, from the Programa Monumenta published in 2005. A restoration and rehabilitation project with a proposal for a new unit of the Liceu de Artes e Ofícios Claudio Santoro, a study was carried out to identify and value the property, seeking a better compatibility of the heritage with the new use and the present time.
