Uma análise do mercado de trabalho brasileiro durante a covid de 2019 (2020 e 2021)

Resumo: The crisis caused by Covid-19 not only affected public health but also the job market, the year 2020 was marked by major challenges faced. Given this situation, the study aimed to analyze the Brazilian labor market between the years 2020 and 2021, in order to identify how the Brazilian labor market was affected by Covid-19 through indicators selected in Brazil during the coronavirus pandemic. Covid-19. To this end, given the methodological procedures used, the research was classified as qualitative-quantitative, as it presents data from the Continuous National Household Sample Survey (PNAD) produced by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE). In addition, information contained in the Annual Social Information List (RAIS). In view of the research carried out, between 2012 and 2019, there was a drop in the subgroups of economic activities with a variation in excessive losses of occupations. In 2020, not only the exit from the employed status was relevant, but also the reduction in the number of unemployed individuals entering some job played a role in the crisis. In 2021, compared to the previous year, there was an increase in the number of people in informal occupations. In addition to a reduction in the number of people aged 14 and over of working age (PIA) in Brazil during the Covid-19 pandemic. Now, the population in the labor force, employed people and unemployed people in this period, also known as the Economically Active Population (EAP) was approximately 3.6% lower compared to the year 2021. In Brazil, the effects caused by the period pandemic were particularly significant, not least due to the unprecedented decline in the employed and economically active population.

Diante a essa situação o estudo teve o objetivo de analisar o mercado de trabalho brasileiro entre os anos de 2020 e 2021, a fim de identificar como o mercado de trabalho brasileiro foi afetado pela Covid-19 através de indicadores selecionados no Brasil durante a pandemia do Covid -19. Para tanto, aos procedimentos metodológicos utilizados, a pesquisa classificou-se como quali-quantitativa, uma vez que apresenta os dados da Pesquisa Nacional por Amostra de Domicílio (PNAD) Contínua produzida pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE). Além de, de informações contidas na Relação Anual de Informações Sociais (RAIS). Diante da pesquisa realizada observou-se entre 2012 a 2019 houve uma queda nos subgrupos de atividades econômica com variação de perdas excessivas de ocupações. Já em 2020, não apenas a saída da condição de ocupado foi relevante, mas também a redução da entrada de indivíduos desempregados em algum emprego teve papel na crise. Em 2021, na comparação com o ano anterior, houve aumento da inserção de pessoas em ocupações informais. Além de uma redução de pessoas durante a pandemia de covid-19 na parcela de pessoas de 14 anos ou ais em idade ativa para trabalhar (PIA) no Brasil. Já, a população na força de trabalho, as pessoas ocupadas e as pessoas desocupadas nesse período, também conhecida como População Economicamente Ativa (PEA) foi aproximadamente 3,6% menor em relação ao ano de 2021.
