Resumo: The present Final Graduation Work has as its theme: "Implementation Project of the Arthur Reis Library in the former Museum of North Man: restoration and use of HBIM technology", where a restoration proposal for the building will be carried out based on the methodological precepts of the elaboration Manual of cultural heritage preservation projects, published in 2005 by the Monumenta Program, prepared by the union, through the National Historical and Artistic Heritage Institute (IPHAN). From the valuation of the property, the need was created to elaborate diagnoses on the state of the building, where the damage map is the result of internal data from the year 2018 and update of the existing damages on the facade in the year 2022, carried out within of a BIM software, thus aiming at a restoration and rehabilitation project, with a new use.
