Resumo: The purpose of this text is to address the dialectical relation between individuals and society in the history of class structure. Clearly breaking the mystification of history started by the bourgeoisie, Marx defends a conception of history based on the relations of production and on the development of social relations, in which the role of individuals is relativized, as history emerges from opposing interests and forces, rather than from the personal interest of certain individuals. Finally, in order to point to the relevance of the participation of individuality, which is fully connected with the concrete universality nowadays, this article resorts to the historical experience of the mothers of Plaza de Mayo, Argentina.

En una clara ruptura con la mistificación de la historia iniciada por la burguesía, Marx defiende una concepción de la historia basada en las relaciones de producción y el desarrollo de las relaciones sociales, en la que se relativiza el papel del individuo, ya que la historia surge de la unidad de intereses y fuerzas opuestas y no del interés personal de algunos individuos. Por último, destacar la importancia de la participación de la individualidad completamente conectado a la universalidad concreta en la realidad, el artículo se refiere a la experiencia histórica de las madres de la Plaza de Mayo, en Argentina. O presente texto tem como propósito tratar da relação dialética entre indivíduo e sociedade na história da sociedade de classes. Numa clara ruptura com a mistificação da história encetada pela burguesia, Marx defende uma concepção de história fundada nas relações de produção e no desenvolvimento das relações sociais, em que o papel do indivíduo é relativizado, pois a história emerge da unidade de interesses e forças contrapostas e não do interesse pessoal de certos indivíduos.
