Resumo: The objective of this article is to analyze the relationship between space and justice, taking as reference the counties of the new municipalities of Bahia created in the 1980s. Considering that space is form/content, reflex and condition for (in)justice, it is concluded that the organization and functionality of the counties, characterized by juxtaposition and superposition, are more feasible to achieve spatial justice because it allows better and easier access to legal services by citizens.
